As a lover of rest and routine, I've embarked on the journey of creating my own sleep care range. For me, it begins with a serene, candle-lit shower to wash off the day using my sleepy mouse candle. Following this, I use our beautiful massage balm infused with essential oils and skin-loving ingredients like vitamin E and almond oil to give myself a calming massage. I then settle into bed, applying our calming roller oil to my wrists, gently drifting off to sleep. If the night brings awakenings, a spritz of our mist swiftly lulls me back into restful slumber.

The struggle with sleep is a common challenge, and I, like many others, have found solace in these products. Beyond their incredible ingredients inducing sleep, they contribute to the creation of a beautiful nighttime routine, fostering relaxation of the nervous system and enhancing overall health and well-being.

My quest for headache-free candles led me to a realization of the toxicity of most candles due to artificial fragrances. Motivated by a love for animals, I prioritized creating a range safe for pets. Consequently, I crafted candles with light aromas to establish a tranquil environment for sleep.

The positive response to my candles inspired me to expand my passion into a comprehensive sleep care range. These products are not only organic and non-toxic but also safe for every family member, including babies and children experiencing sleep challenges.
